Product Information

Lamberti, founded in 1964, is a young and dynamic winery located near the Garda Lake. It is credited with having first understood the needs of a changing market, finding the right key to relaunch and enhance the classic wines from Verona and the entire region including Bardolino, Valpolicella, Soave, Pinot Grigio and Merlot. Always attentive to the new trends of wine consumption, Lamberti has a unique style that has led her to success all over the world and especially in Europe.

Prosecco Rosé Bolla is made with grapes cultivated in the Prosecco Appellation. A high quality sparkling wine, with a pronounced identity and intense aromas, due to the combination of two great grape varieties: (85 %) and Pinot Noir (15 %), grown in the Prosecco appellation, which includes both the Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia regions.
The harvest takes place in early September, in order to maintain the freshness of the fruit.

WINEMAKING METHOD
The grapes are softly pressed to extract the free run juice, which is fermented at controlled temperature (16°C) to obtain the base wine. This then undergoes a second alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 15°- 16°: the yeasts fermenting the sugars produce alcohol and some carbon dioxide, which remains trapped in the wine. When the desired level of residual sugar is reached the fermentation is stopped, cooling down the wine. The final stages are the filtration and the bottling. It is then aged for two months, on the lees.

TASTING NOTE
A brilliant rosé colour, with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose there are intense notes of white peach, citrus and wildforest strawberry, accompanied by some floral aromas. Fresh and delicate on the palate, with a fruity and floral finish, persistent and lingering.
